campaign and Guttenberg is obviously so much in terms of self-promotion on the road, he cum laude Dr.jur.summa despite ministerial salary and not have a brain cell in charge of his duty.
And "PICTURE fight" again supposedly concerned about their Guttenberg minister by pointing out that such "external expertise Collection" was not an isolated case, but practice of many ministries, so that now not a crow with his beak against the could peck out eyes of other crows. But the citizens do not really fear, and therefore have every reason to criticize, for external expertise it needs only if it "internally" but actually is missing or the politicians and officials chairs are otherwise occupied, if only Laziness sits on it.
Addendum: And worse, because the "external expertise" is the lawyer Enterprise "Linklaters" to their customer base of all these very "ailing banks" include, among others, Dresdner Bank, HSH Nordbank, HypoVereinsbank, IKB, KfW, NordLB, WestLB. Guttenberg is either naïve or corrupt, or at least it's not like that, because if the banks want to be heard, then they are welcome to tinker bills, but also pay for themselves. The government must ensure however that the bill be taken into account interests of the entire society.
